We don't have a crystal ball, so, unless you tell what other problems you got, we can't help...

He probably got other disconnection problems.
There's nothing he can really do. Both games having random disconnection problems

Just getting back into Dolphin after an 8 or so month hiatus. Loving it! One problem I'm noticing with version 3.0 though, I get an error message after playing for just a minute or so that "Communications with the wiimote have been interrupted". This isn't a window pop up, it's a message from within the game, and all gameplay is stopped until I restart it. Notably, I've noticed that this is happening in Donkey Kong Country Returns and House of the Dead: Overkill.

Any ideas?

Actually, I got it how to finish this error  Tongue, what you have to do is, that you have to go to controller settings in Dolphin, and then you have to go to your emulated Wiimote 1 and then there you will see(at the bottom right)that there will be extensions. you have to set it to nunchuk and BOOM!!! now you can play Super Mario Galaxy or other games with no problem!!!

This answer was for Dolphin 5.0, Real Wiimote, and USB Sensor bar that hooks up to computer via USB.

My problem was solved by the actual hardware of the sensor bar I have. It kept syncing and the bar and controller lit up. But it was not recognizing the Wiimote cursor on screen, yet on Windows 10 it was, wild. I changed it to position 4 with the right button on the sensor and it then worked. I set it to bottom and then had to really tilt the wiibar to register my Wiimote though. After that I was able to play for over 30 minutes and then saved. It seems in position 1 or 2 I will get yellow text on the emulator that states: "Controller 1 connected" then immiediately below: "Controller 1 disconnnected". Position 3 does nothing and only 4 actually works as I felt the motor go on to. Hope that helps someone.
