That's because you're still running the old version. You need to get >= 5.0-5751.
Commit 5.0-5684 PR8107 should be reverted

I've run into that problem several times with android before but I could never identify why it happened or how to fix it.

The problem with seeing the wrong version number has something to do with the build process, but I don't know anything more detailed than that. If you've downloaded the most recent version, you should have the most recent version even though the version number says something different. 11-04-2017, 12:35 AM
Actually, nevermind, that wasn't the problem in this case. The APK files on dolphin-emu.org are not getting updated at all right now for some reason.
