Excuse me if this has already been asked before. I was just wondering if it is possible to use the command line to let Dolphin extract a disc (GameCube in this case, through I suppose the method is the same for either GameCube or Wii). I could use this information to develop a relative simple patching script on unpacked files. If it does exists, what would the command line be for the whole process to extract the entire disc or partial files from a disc?

This isn't something that Dolphin supports. If you want a program that can do this, I would suggest wit: https://wit.wiimm.de/wit/
