well...its probebly the most bizzar theard that was ever in every gaming forum but i have to ask:
does anyone have paines in the hand after long wii game??
like when you play with a sword you dont really throw your whole hand
but just move it a bit...still
are you guys comfortable with it?
cause i just played like 1 hour and i fell my hand really tence

Haha that's why I've always prefered a good old gamepad rather than this f...... remote Wink
Although I have to admit this is more convenient for some specific games. But in a plane for example it's another story Tongue

This is ridiculous. If you're getting pains while/after using the motion controls, you don't get enough exercise or something.
I like the Wii motion controls and am very comfortable using it.

Using motion controls can sometimes really change the way a game plays.
Look at Skyward Sword. Wish we had more games that used the motion controls so well.

More exercise, like @Garteal said. Although its a really odd design, I hope this changes with the Wii U.

How does one exercise their hands/wrists?

My wrists also start to hurt after a few hours of shaking them like a madman in SMG2.

Not specifically his hands XD. Any exercise will do, I practice some swimming at least once a week for example.
