Keep all the settings you have for the classic controller. I'm going to give you instructions for using the keyboard and mouse for the wiimote pointer, since it won't mess with your classic controller setup on your 360 controller. If you want to use 360 controller for the wiimote or something, you can but that's a lot harder.

These instructions assume you are using the latest dev builds. I don't know or care what 4.0.2 has.

In the emulated wiimote main view (not the classic controller extension), middle click anything you may have there, just clear it out (don't press the clear button as that will clear out your classic controller extension too). Keep the device dropdown in the upper left the same - it should always say Xinput0 (or 1 or whatever your 360 controller is). Right click IR Up, and in the device dropdown there, select DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse, hit "Clear" in that window to clear out what's in the bottom field, and then in the list of stuff, find and select "Cursor Y-". It will fill the lower blank with 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Cursor Y-'. Congrats, you did it.

Set IR Down, Left, and Right in the same manner. Then assign right click to the B button (Monster Hunter using B on the wiimote to call up the pointer) and left click to the A button. All using the same method. The buttons assigned for each value should be the following.

IR Up: 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Cursor Y-'
IR Down: 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Cursor Y+'
IR Left: 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Cursor X-'
IR Right: 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Cursor X+'
Button A: 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Click 0'
Button B: 'DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Click 1'

Now all you have to do is right click for the pointer to appear, move it with your mouse, and then left click for whatever A does (lol I honestly don't know, but the pointer has to do something! I have a real wiimote and classic controller and I couldn't find where to actually use the pointer). The setup is very similar to how it works on a real classic controller and wiimote - take a hand off the classic controller and hold the wiimote.

¡WOW it works!. Thanks you a lot.

The first paragraph you did not understand, but its because i am from spain and me english are not perfect... So after i read the metod of clear and reemplace manually the buttons i know where you go, its because i are on past, try to reconfiguro to get these pointer (yes i search for me self on the program and on google). After follow your instructions i have successful configure the wiimote - controller. I have tested "ingame" and works.

Then thanks again.

I need it to see important information of armor and amulets, these objects give a special bonus, but without a cursor its hard to know what i get, and i need to close dolphin (i play on fullscreen) and go back to wiki all time... Its hard to memorize all this things. Oh and i can check the benefits of these felvine chef can giveme. For that its why i really need the pointer, i think its important if i got to play more seriously this game (but not a lot of course).
