I`m not sure if this is the correct place for this thread but it can be moved later if this is the wrong place. it seems that in the game combat of giants: dinosaur strikes the silhouette of some of the dinosaurs, namely the carnivorous ones are silhouetted. I am using the most recent version of dolphin, 766 3.0. my PC specs are as follows: windows XP professional 32 bit, version 2002, service pack 3. AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual core processor 3800+. 2.01GHz, 1 GB of ram. I also have a windows 7 laptop, if it would run better on there please tell me. this game also has not been listed on the wiki or even rated. the company credits when the game is first loaded are also glitchy. thanks in advance.

Another thing of note: your laptop with Windows 7 (depending on the specs, of course) will almost assuredly be better than that desktop at least as far as the CPU is concerned. Can you list the specs of the laptop? It all depends on CPU and GPU model whether that one will be faster.
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5

I don't know if my windows 7 laptop specs will be better since the only differance is speed, well here they are: windows 7 enterprise, Intel HD Graphics, core i3, cpu m370, GHz, GB of ram, 32 bit. the settings are as follows: general: enable dual core, enable idle skipping, CPU engine: jit re-compiler, audio-dsp hle emulation, Dsound-48000Hz, backend-direct3D9 ( all the back-ends provide the same results), internal resolution-1x native, scaled efb copy. hacks-skip efb access from cpu, ignore format changes, efb copies-texture, texture cache-fast, external frame buffer-disabled. no advanced settings are used.
another thing i noticed about the emulation is that it is only silhouetted on domination mode, the first mode. thanks for replaying, please reply back soon

Oh, sorry DefenderX I did not notice how messy it was, but anyway both computer specs are in my signature now, so it makes it much easier. now i did not know if you wanted screen shots of the settings or the game glitches itself. but below is the screen shots with the silhouette glitches.

The settings are okay, but where is the "Hacks" tab of the graphics section?

Anyway, did u try to set EFB Copies to RAM?

Oh must of missed hacks and mistook it for other settings. the hacks used are below:

Also the set EFB to ram either with cache enabled or not makes no difference except it gets slower, but that`s expected. Anyways, do you have any other ideas.

Thanks in advance.
