Your GPU only supports 2.0 shaders? is what it looks like, use an older build, your still probably going to have trouble but you will need to use a pre-r7589 build. If thats the prob, which it looks like it is (to me)

Integrated GPUs aren't made for playing games man, unfortunately.

You can try
API: DirectX 9
Internal Resolution: 1x Native
AA: None
AF: 1x
Force Tex Filtering: off
PP Lighting: off
Uncheck 'RAM' in 'EFB Copies' or disable it all together.
Check 'OpenMP Texture Decoder'
Check 'Disable Fog'

And you can right click the particular game your trying to play and click 'properties' and check the hacks in there that give speedups.
Enable MMU: off
Enable BAT: off
Accurate VBeam Emulation: off
Speed up Disc Transfer Rate: on
Enable Block Merging: on

I doubt your going to get satisfactory results with your current card tbh, but if you do happen to get resonable fps with those settings, you can try turn each setting up, one at a time to see which won't reduce your fps noticably. etc
