Probably from a Japanese Wii which legally purchased those games from the Wii Shop Channel. You can then use homebrew to extract the WAD file from the console itself. If you don't have a Japanese Wii, there probably is a hacky way to use Homebrew or cIOS or something of that nature to gain access to the Japanese Wii Shop Channel, buy the game, then use homebrew to dump the WAD from the Wii.

And if you're wondering, downloading games is against the rules. Asking where to get the games is an instant perma-ban. Since you haven't explicitly mentioned piracy, I'm letting you off the hook since there are legal ways of obtaining these games. If you're not into legal ways, then go away.
