Are you serious? I thought I saw a person say that they have a 2.0 Ghz processor and it works fine with them?
Are you sure it's too weak? There aren't any alternative ways?
At least to boost the speed by a few extra percent without skipping real frames.

Hp Pavilion dv3000 (a 13.3" laptop but it packs power with most of its punches)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 @2.00Ghz
RAM: 4.00GB DDR2 (it's 2 2GB cards, not 1 4GB)
OS: Vista x64
VGA: nVidia GeForce 9300M GS (512MB dedicated)
Hard drive: 300GB 5400 RPM
