Clearing cache code error-still stuck

Hey guys i got dolphin 3.0,it was working pretty but immediatly after i installed sonic generations,my dolphin crashes on clearing the cache code,dx9 and dx11 always crash;i can only play it using openGL of which it runs slower with it and i ve tried re-installing it still has same prob,what can i do????????[really wanna play twilight princess]

nvidia GT330-3gb video memory]

its an acer aspire;just installed sonic generations and my dolphin's dx9 & dx11 plugins are making the emulator go beserk,please help i beg you!!!

Have you tried other games? Have you updated your GPU drivers?

every game i try is not working its the same thing,it gives me that annoying messege about 'the program has stopped working'

Could be something from the Sonic Generations installation that screwed things up, usually PC games like to install Visual C++ and DirectX redistributables during installation.
Maybe you should try installing and updating the DirectX again via the web installer and every Visual C++ 2005, 2008 and 2010 SP1 redistributables to really make sure everything is up to date.
