It seems to stop in the middle when I use FAT32 with 4GB Chunks, midway through chunk 0. I'm guessing it's the same write access error that made me switch to NTFS. It has 16 GB, so it's not running out of memory.

Make sure you tell it not to change on chunk or anything like that.

Duh. So far the most success I've had is still NTFS giving corrupt rips of games. If anyone has the exact settings for formatting their USB known for working FAT32 as well as the appropriate CleanRip settings, that would be extremely helpful.
