Well i final got around to getting a bluetooth dongle for my pc running windows 10 but i did have an issue getting the wiimote to connect to the pc but 
success i did it but that lead to another issue 
i wanna use my classic controller for GC games but when i goto config it i dont get a game pad option so i went to Devices and Printers in windows control panel and it shows a game pad there but game pad settings i cannot do anything in there? its like it see's a game pad but it doesnt at the same time anyone got any ideas for me?
