Hi,

the problem is the Wiimote does not properly expose its buttons (it tells Windows and other OS' via HID it is a gamepad, but not what kind of buttons and other inputs it has).
Therefore it is not possible to use it as generic gamepad out of the box.
AFAIK Dolphin does not forward the Wiimote as Gamecube controller internally, so you would need a third-party solution.

One hardware solution would be the DolphinBar, that is like a Sensorbar with build-in Bluetooth. It has different modes, including exposing the Wiimotes as generic gamepads with buttons. But since you just bought a Bluetooth Dongle...

Then there are several Software solutions, to somehow get your Wiimote (and extensions) working as generic gamepad.

One solution, i provide, is a Wiimote Device Driver for Windows (http://julianloehr.de/educational-work/hid-wiimote/). The pro is it loads automatically when you connect a Wiimote, sets the LED's and takes care of everything. The Wiimote and extensions are exposed as generic gamepad with input on the game pad properties dialog. However unfortunately it still has some drawbacks, like the driver is not digitally signed, so you need to turn off Driver Signature Verification, to get it working, currently there is no pass through mode, so it renders the Wiimote unusable by other programs, that need to access the Wiimote directly (so you can't use it as "Real Wiimote" for Wii Games in Dolphin) and it seems the latest November 1511 Windows 10 update causes some issues, as the Wiimote won't properly connect (but that somehow happens before my driver even gets loaded).

However there are also other software solutions, you may look at.
