Well, be that as it may, games like Rampage don't work in 3.0 but do in recent GIT revisions (prove me wrong, though). I get full speed in several games, such as SSBM, SSBB, Soul Calibur 2, Mario Kart Wii (slowdown during stage selection only), but F-Zero would not work much faster in 3.0 than it does right now since, you know, it's a very demanding game under any circumstances. I'm sticking with 3.0 735 and that's that.

Source that fact.

I thought it was commonly admitted that old builds were faster than recent ones. Recent builds are usually slower due to more stability and accuracy etc. Builds before 3.0 and very old builds may even be faster.
As Axxer said a benchmark could be realized but since old builds are no more supported I don't know if it's useful

Depends what you really mean by "don't work" but Rampage works with Dolphin 3.0 and has worked before

By "don't work" I mean, refuse to launch at all and/or black screen with a crash.
