You can't, you can only use it as an emulated one.

Well, I have two drivers from different chinese controllers I owned in past (both are dead nowadays), I guess it won't hurt if you try them. I know they worked in Windows 7, never tried them on newer Windows versions...

Also, just to be clear, if compatible with your joystick, those drivers should allow you enabling rumble in Dolphin as an emulated controller. It won't make it work like a real GameCube controller connected through the Wii U USB adapter...

When I enter the vibration option I get this error; "Windows Shell Common Dll has stopped working".
Cause, I am using my Windows 8.1 . I found the solution in github but I still get the same error. do you have a solution to this problem?
(By the way I hate windows 8.1 now, everything is wrong)

Maybe you'll have more luck with https://github.com/alessandroasm/generic-usb-gamepad-vibration-driver/releases/download/v0.1.1/VibrationDriverInstaller.msi

It does not work. driver installed but the device settings are still the same. default settings. so the program does not work at all.[My Sorrows Section: I'm tired. I want to cry..
come on. I tried everything. I have not tried or did not investigate the driver. I do not understand why they did not make a driver for usb gamecube controller. I am poor and I can not get another one.  my eyes are burned and my brain died from searching for solutions for hours. I am depressed Ugh... Angry ] I ask for the last time Is there anything we can do, dude?!?

Hello,
to reassure you, since Dolphin 5.0-5566, I no longer have vibrations no longer working with my Xbox One controller ...

The functionality may no longer be implemented at this time.

Not only Chinese controllers. I bought a LogiTech controller a couple of years ago, which somewhat resembles a PlayStation controller, and it "had no rumble" unless I installed the drivers. Try looking for a model number on the back of the controller. It may help
