Chibi Robo HD Texture Pack

Help ! I can't make it work for some reason ?

I tried adding both PNG and DDS, I tried with just one or the other. I've tried on both NTSC and PAL version. But no can do the image quality isn't sharp, but pixellated.
What did I do wrong ?

First not an actual update to the texture pack but I've put together a new subsection on my website to organize my HD Texture Pack projects:

If you've having trouble installing follow the guide here:

1. Basically drop the zip file in your "Dolphin Emulator\ResourcePacks" folder.
2. Then under "Tools" in Dolphin open the "Resource Pack Manager".
3. Next hit "refresh" and the pack should show up as an option.
4. Finally select it and click the "Install" button.
   

Now the for the biggest news: I'll be streaming myself Monday playing through the game with my HD textures on Twitch.
