Cheats slowing down games

Hi, I really like cheats in my games, and I don't want to spend extra on stuff like a gameshark for my real games.
On dolphin, i'm using more than 1 cheat at a time, 30-40 fps. when only 1 is on, 60-70 fps. Any Help?
