cheats making sound choppy how do i fix?

so whenever I have no cheats its 100% on my games
however with cheats the sound gets all laggy and choppy
my sound source is my gtx580 using hdmi audio to my 32" HDtv
could that be the issue?
is it something i can fix?
actual gameplay seems fine it seems to be just the audio that suffers video wise its ok

UPDATE:
fixed it If anyone else has the same issue set your limiter to 60 instead of auto so far so sood
