Cheat Problem... again

Hello everybody,

I hope that I might get an answer to my question this time. I already asked this once but, unfortunately, no one helped me.

When I activate a cheat code, Dolphin freezes or crashes. It doesn't matter which game I try to load with cheats.
I have this problem on every 4.0 build.

I remember that this started when I installed a System Menu WAD because I wanted to try it out. Since then, I have this problem.
I tried to delete the User/Documents folder but the System Menu was still there.

My question is: In which folders does Dolphin place files and especially this System Menu wad? I'd like to delete all the folders
and files related to the Dolphin Emulator, so I can get a fresh, new start. But it seems that the installation folder and the User/Documents
folder aren't all folders Dolphin places files to.

I hope you can help me. Thank you very much!
These are the specs of my newest laptop:

XMG Pro 17
Windows 10 x64
Intel Core i7-9750H @ 2.60 GHz (4.50 GHz Turbo Boost)
NVidia GeForce RTX 2070 @ 8GB
32 GB RAM DDR4

If you can actually show that installing the system menu caused cheats to stop working, that'd be a very interesting glitch. Maybe one of the Wii devs could give a look at it.
