Changing the image/name displayed of a wad pack in Wii System Menu

I have quite a bit of an odd request/problem. There's been a joke in a discord server I'm in around playing a specific game on Wii (that never came out for it). Is there a way I can edit either the Disk Channel to display an image and name, or replace the graphics of the news channel or other channel to fit these needs.
