Changing Modifier Value in Config?

I'm trying to use my keyboard for GameCube controls, and I need to have my modifier button reduce the control stick more than it already is, but changing the "Input - Range" by right clicking the modifer doesn't actually do anything for me.

Does anyone know how and/or where in the config files do you change how much the modifier button changes the stick values?

Thanks I really appreciate it.

Does this happen in the 5.0 stable version, or the latest dev build?

The Modifier's "range" currently has no effect. This was "temporarily" removed to work around a different issue.
The fix is currently pending. https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9419 It should be merged soonish.

You could make your own modifier by right-clicking the mapping button for each direction to open the advanced dialog:
You can copy this expression:

Code:
`UP` - `Shift` * 0.75

Up is the directional input. Shift is the modifier input. 0.75 is the reduction in range caused by the modifier (opposite of the old modifier's behavior).

Make sure to un-map your old regular modifier mapping.
