Changing GameCube controller modifier from 50%

I am currently trying to play Twilight Princess(GC) with mouse and keyboard and need to know how to change the modifiers from being 50% to something like 25% so I can walk instead of jog. Messing with the modifier setting does nothing as far as I can tell.

Well you should be able to save your config as a profile, and then in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Config\Profiles\GCPad you can modify the profile where it says Main Stick/Modifier/Range = 50.000000000000000 to some other number.

However, I just tested this, and can confirm that this doesn't actually work, and might be a bug.
