Hey, i wanna play super smash bros. melee on the dolphin emulator, but unfortunately i am way too comfortable using different controls playing other smash games. Seeing as you cant change the controls, its kinda unplayable. I tried using standard controller but the sticks are very off and doesnt work properly at all, same with L & R. Im wondering if there is a way to change controls for the controller tab "Gamecube-adapter for wii-u", because this tab actually works, but with the default controls. And if you try to change the controls for this tab, it gives you the option to enable / disable vibration and dk bongos...

Would love an answer for this, or if anyone has a better solution because atm it feels like i will never be able to enjoy melee with comfortable controls:/

Dolphin does not allow modifying controls when using the "GameCube Adapter for Wii-U".
If your adapter has a "PC" mode you can use that and configure your controller with ports assigned to "Standard Controller".

Yes, i know this and i also brought this up. But the thing is, when i do that the sticks on the controller arent synced up correctly. They are constantly moving according to dolphin even though i am not moving them. This causes huge issues as dashes become slow walks and dashing becomes random
