Change the language

So, I instaled the new version, but now, when I open it, it's in a language I don't know.
Can someone tell how to change it to english??? or where to dowload an english version (I downloaded from here https://dolphin-emu.org/download/)
or a spanish version, or a french version, or an italian version, or a portuguese version... well you get the idea.

I can't understand anything, so I can't find the option to change the language.

Go to config (8th button from left, or the first option in the options menu, which is the third from left), then go to the second tab, and at the bottom you will find an option for language. English is the 8th item in the list.

You can also delete Dolphin.ini in "My Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Config" but doing that will reset most of the settings to the default...
