Change Save State Locations

Is it possible to change where save states save? What I'm trying to do is have Drop (Or even Google Drive or OneDrive) automatically upload my saves. However, when I told Dropbox the location of the folder I wanted it to upload and sync, it created a Dropbox folder in that folder and only wants to upload files in that Dropbox folder. Not sure what to do. I don't want to manually copy and past files into the Dropbox folder, nor do I want to manually upload them to Dropbox. When I save using a save state (And a "Regular" save using the memory card), I want those files to automatically upload to the cloud. Is that possible?
