Strange. I can't seem to find out where the Wii aspect ratio setting is stored.

Edit: Apparently it's stored in the SYSCONF file. Easiest edit was to change the directory reference in the source and copy the file. So basically I've achieved what I wanted, but it would be pretty sweet to be able to change these settings via command line when necessary.

Nevermind, that didn't work. It seems that even though the emulator is pulling its configs out of the second folder I created, loading a game still pulls the information out of the original SYSCONF directory. It even recreates the sys folder if I delete it.

Turns out it's much easier to write a batch program which renames the necessary files, runs the program, then names them back. Then to write a vbs to run the batch invisibly and make a shortcut to the vbs. Problem solved, I think.
