Good settings are quite easy: Get a PC... Mobile phone's are too slow to emulate the GameCube or Wii, and on top of that their drivers are broken.

You don't like hearing that? I understand. Please make the manufacturers of the DRIVERS for mobile phones also understand (Qualcomm, Samsung, Mediatek and so on) so they hopefully finally create drivers that will be functional.
Then... once those drivers exist... Please tell the manufacturer of your PHONE that you need those updated drivers for your device. And wait until they someday, 1000 years from now update your phone with the working drivers.
