Is there a function in dolphin that allows a hotkey to be pressed that moves to the next save slot? Equal to PCSX2's F2.

Yes, you can find and bind the hotkeys in the tools menu

Yeah I cannot find this too. I can find a hotkey option to save to the current slot and load to the current slot but not change the current slot.
