I was wanting to play some Code Veronica X, but what I have here is a .cdi file format. Is there any way to make dolphin load that or any progams that can safetly convert it to a proper format? Sorta new to the Dolphin world, but I love it thus far! Thanks!

i've never used that file type before (and don't know of any software that uses it) so the only advice i can give is to burn it to disc (re-writeable preferably) and rip it from the disc afterwards
i use ImgBurn for writing stuff to disks and found .cdi is supported. just copy it back as .iso 01-19-2012, 12:01 PM
You can also install Alcohol 52 (it's free and support CDI format) to mount this image on a virtual drive. Then you can boot it directly on Dolphin (through File => Boot from DVD) or use any ISO making tool to redump your image as a standard ISO...

*update* Tried to mount it with various virtual devices. No luck. Keeps telling me windows cant open the disk. Tried to burn in with imgburn also, just kicked out some kinda error. Ahh well, Ill remember to get iso from here out ^^
Try to convert your .cdi file into .iso file with a format converter. AnyToIso for example

From here you would be able of redumping the image in ISO format or booting it directly in Dolphin...

As far as I know, the .cdi format is for dreamcast backups. If you have the dreamcast version it won't run on Dolphin.
