Cave Story On Sheild Tab

So i tested Cave story wii and this is my result.
Runs 60 fps and works with gc controller, But the colors are wrong palette, Plus another thing with dolphin on buildbot is resent versions break touch and physical analog controls(Vid uses d-pad and joystick to move)can only move down and right.
Hope their is a fix.

The joystick bug was introduced in https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/803 I was going to check it out but I forgot and now I'm away. Oops. Maybe when I get back I'll look into it if nobody else does. I haven't been able to do any coding lately anyways, too busy.
