Capping dolphin speed at 100%

So I recently optimized my dolphin settings to that I'll get a better FPS, the problem is now, whenever it can, It goes above 100% speed. Is there anyway to stop it from going past the 100% Speed?

Maybe I do not fully understand the question, but what is the framelimit set to? Try auto or audio for an automatic way to keep the speed at the proper level.
