Cant start Dolphin

Alright so I'm new and when i try to use dolphin it runs, but leaves a pop-up saying "Dolphin.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" and asks me if i want to send an error report to microsoft or not. Angry

I run Windows Xp 32bit
