Athlon XP is not compatible, it lacks SSE2 and you won't be able to run Dolphin. Clearly you did not pay attention when the minimum requirements mentioned that a Fast CPU with SSE2 is required to use Dolphin. SSE2 is a hardware feature, so you will need a new processor or better yet an entirely new PC that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to run Dolphin.

Also 1GB+ of ram is recommended for Dolphin whereas you only have 768 MB and your Radeon 9600 is outdated by a fairly large margin and I doubt that is sufficient to run Dolphin either..

Even if you could get anything to run it would be molasses slow, like maybe 1 - 5 FPS if even that. Best play on an actual Gamecube/Wii or buy the actual systems if you don't already own them as you would spend far more on the PC hardware that is required to run Dolphin acceptably than the actual systems that Dolphin emulates.

You need to buy a whole new computer if you are planning to use Dolphin.
