When i try and open it i get "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-i1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" Reinstalling does not help...

Sorry for the late reply i did what you asked and i got this in the cmd window "Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Your OS is screwed up. Your easiest fix is reformatting and reinstalling windows.
