cant get new wiimote working

just ordered a new wii mote with the motion plus built into it and my internal bluetooth adapter in my p8p67 pro rev 3.1 seemed to pick it it up, but i cant get it to work with dolphin.

at first it was shown in the bluetooth list on windows, and dolphin said it recognized 1 wiimote, but i could use it in game for some reason.

i've been trying to read up on it and i tried to get the toshiba blue tooth stack but it wont install, gets hung up on telling me to plug in my bluetooth which is internal and always plugged in.

I have no clue what i can do at this point.

sounds like you have one of those new unsupported wimote with plus combos those communicate using a different bluetooth protocall then the origional wiimotes, it is possible to get it working but its a complicated process and it costs money too cause you need Bluesoliel which is pretty pricey! your best option is to trade / return the wiimote for refund / credit

at a gamestop and then ask them if they have any old white non wiimotion plus wiimotes and seperate plus modules in the back for sale, this is a guaranteed way to ensure you get a compatible wiimote

as a side note, generally speaking internal desktop bt usually works pretty well with official old wiimotes,
