Cant get Netplay to work properly no matter what.

Stop the FUD. Because you don't understand how it works does not mean it's unusable or it needs to be completely redone. It means we need documentation.

Is there any guide or tutorial to using BBA properly then?

Maybe i'll look at it if i get really bored, but i wouldn't count on it.
