I just want to let you know, that I have trouble to connect my Wiimote with integrated MotionPlus to Dolphin.
Im running at Dolphin 5.0 6414. I didnt used dolphin for months or so, but in the past I could connect the Wiimote with no problem.
Even with Dolphin 5.0 6414 I was able to connect my Wiimote to Dolphin once.
Since then (ereyesterday), no pairing is possible.
Im trying with 1&2 Buttons. Also with Sync Button. The only thing happens: The Wiimote LEDs start blinking, but thats all.
In Dolphin I have ticked "continuous refresh". And using the "emulated Wii Bluetooth"
But also with running Game and do a manually refresh brings no connection.
Im a bit confused because the Wiimote was working with older branches than 6414 and also worked once with 6414.
Yesterday I tried about 60 Minutes. Even with brand new Batteries and foreign Wiimote. - No Connection.
Bluetooth is working fine. Windows is discovering the Wiimote if I press Sync Button (But dolphin doesnt.) (Not connected to Windows. Pairing is done by Dolphin)
I could get no clue for this.
Does anyone got this problem too? ..and maybe got it solved?
Thanks in advance!
Regards!
Emulated Wii Bluetooth... That is not an option that exists: Are using Bluetooth Passthrough, Emulated Wiimote or Real Wiimote?
Emulated Wiimote is not connecting your real Wiimote to your computer but instead connecting any controller to your computer and then configuring it the way you want (e.g. xbox one/360 controller for Windows that you can then use to control the game)
Bluetooth Passthrough is a way that the game inside Dolphin gets access to your Bluetooth module and is the most reliable way to connect Wiimotes to your computer, although it can be a bit finicky to get it to work correctly. This is the exact way that it should work on a real Wii as well.
Real Wiimote connects your Wiimote to Dolphin and Dolphin will send the controls through to the game, this is less reliable than using Passthrough and can cause delayed inputs, disconnecting and bad sound/vibration from your Wiimote.
