I only get about 15-30 fps and i got no idea why? I can run nearly every other game I have tried with enhancements like Mario Galaxy 1/2 but struggling to get this to run. Also have my wiimote and guitar set up properly and works, just cant get the game to run smooth Sad

I use 5.0-5821 but have also tried on the stable build

Specs:
Intel i7
Nvidia Geforce 1050 Ti
8gb RAM
SSD 256gb

(I was unable to start a new thread in the games section so I thought id try here, sorry)

Please also post your Dolphin settings. I do not seem to experience any issues with any of the GH games ("3- Legends of rock" until "6 -Warriors of rock")

My specs are: Pentium G4560 - 16GB - 250GB m.2 nVME - GTX780. Game runs from external USB3 drive. (My laptop can play this full speed as well: i7 4800MQ / 16GB / 120GB SSD / GTX870 6GB)
Settings: Graphics: D3D11, Hybrid Ubershaders, 3x IR, 0x AA, 16x AF; Sound: HLE and CubeB backend.

There is a small issue where GH's starting from World Tour exhibit a short freeze during songs. This is because of a WiiConnect24 connect that blocks the CPU thread which can only be solved by a full rewrite of the way this is handled.

Also keep in mind that on real hardware the GH4 and newer games stutters every now and then because the hardware just isn't fast enough. This can be remedied with a small overclock of the emulated Wii CPU but might break other things (never tried it myself for extended periods of time)

Emulation wise I feel the GH's are one of the less demanding games to emulate.

Lastly make sure your Windows Power options are set to High performance and that your nVidia Control panel settings say "Prefer high performance" for your GPU.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Thanks for the reply Smile

My dolphin settings are,
Backend - Direct3D 11
Adapter - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Internal Resolution - 3x
Anti-Aliasing - 4x
Anisotropic Filtering - 4x
Ubershaders - Disabled
Texture Cache - Fast
DSP Emulation Engine - DSP HLE (fast)
Audio Backend - XAudio2

Only things I have checked are:
General:
Show FPS
Enhancements:
Scaled EFB Copy
Per Pixel Lighting
Hacks:
Skip EFB Access from CPU
Ignore Format Changes
Store EFB Copies to Texture Only
Disable
Fast Depth Calculation
Disable Bounding Box
Advanced:
Nothing

I also have my Nvidia control panel set to high performance, Just am so stumped as to why it's lagging? All my other ISO's work fine, just this wont work smooth.

Try to run Ubershaders Hybrid if you're using D3D11, otherwise use OpenGL if you don't want to use Ubershaders

You're probably running too many enhancements for a 1050 Ti. Turn the AA and AF to 1x and see if that helps.
