cant get dolphin GC to work!

madre de dios! i have no idea what any of this stuff means.... or what it is...... the dolphin i have is v 2.0 so its not old..... idk what the prob is...... how do i check my graphic cards? where are they? man it stinks being a noob =P... ok i have the vid here.... watch and hopefully help meh
