Cant get bluetooth to detect wiimote

So I got a 3rd party Wiimote working fine using Bluetooth Passthrough but I don't want to keep using it because it limits my Bluetooth dongle to only the Wiimote, I tried the normal Microsoft Stack and Toshiba Stack but none seem to detect it, I tried pressing the sync button and the 1+2 buttons but nothing got it to show up on the list of devices to add, is there any way that I can get the Bluetooth to detect it?

If it doesn't detect using the microsoft BT stack on latest builds (toshiba is no longer supported nor recommended), there is nothing you can do. Such is the risk with 3rd party wiimotes.
