Cpu z doesn't work with a sandy bridge chip? That's a first, probably you have cpu issues. Find any program that shows cpu speed while running dolphin that works.

I have a 2600k.. it works fine.

Though if we're looking for anything that can give CPU speed, pretty sure the task manager throws out some semblance of that under the Performance tab.

EDIT:

Also, finding it hard to believe that the latest dev build (currently 4.0-5103) is giving you no improvements what-so-ever..

Pretty sure DDR4 isn't supported by the 2600k :p

sure it is, my mobo supports up to 2133 ram clock, I agree that the ram is OP for this system, but when you get a deal where you get 4, 8gb ddr4 chips for $240, that deal can't be passed up. You just have to have a mobo that has the slots for it

There are no sandy bridge motherboards that support DDR4 memory. You have DDR3 memory. That's what he means.

What exactly is wrong with cpuz?

Where are the screenshots that I asked for?

Thankyou

CPUZ does apparently not run on sandy bridge processors. I could provide a screen shot that shows this, it starts up, then says monitoring and freezes.

I already attached GPU-Z pics earlier in the thread, but I will try gpu-z with the latest build to see what happens.

Could you give us a picture of GPU-Z's information page, where it gives you details on the GPU? And a picture of System properties? It'd be easy to identify what is being run in your system based on those two pictures.

here are screen shots from GPU-Z on latest build, as you can see no difference.

Also a screen shot form CPU-Z which does not run on my computer, it just freezes at monitoring

Umm. Your GPU being at 100 MHz tells me it's not being activated at all.
