Cant find directx plugin

I can guess this was posted alot before but i can't find anything on my search, so just answer me quick and lock the topic, i can't find the directx plugin in the graphic plugins, i updated my directx it seems (perhaps i downloaded the wrong thing, send me a link to the latest directx perhaps that'll solve it) and i still don't see it, i have build 5469, i have openGL, direct3D9 and that other plugin,if that helps you... thanks in advance!
