Do you have all the Visual C++ 2005 (x86 & x64), 2008 (x86 & x64) and 2010 (x86 & x64) redistributables installed along with the latest DirectX redistributable?
Is everything up to date so to speak?

There may be a pattern as to why the second error starts occurring... Try being descriptive here:
Before the second error occured, did you install the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable package, or did you simply drop a downloaded DLL in a folder?
If you did the former, did you make sure to install only the x64 redist package? Was it the normal one or the SP1 one? Which page did you read the "you need this package..." instructions from?
If you did the latter, and if it indeed causes the second error, then try doing the former instead after having undone the DLL "drop".

I noticed that the FAQ on the main Dolphin website still links to the non-SP1 download pages of the redistributable packages... What if SP1 fixed some installer issue that may have caused a x86 DLL to stay "x86" after a x64 install, something like that?
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

That SP1 theory could be true indeed!
I always install the SP1 ones straight away along with the latest DirectX and have never encountered the VCOMP100.dll error

Delete the DLLs that you've downloaded and then install Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable...
