Cant detect DX9 plugin

Hi, I've jsut installed Dolphin on windows XP, and int eh graphics plugin selection box there is no option for the directx plugin, despite it being present in the plugins folder. I'm using 2.0 RC 1, any ideas?

probably u have to update directx
