cannot start Dolphin

Hello, i am trying to use dolphin but

everytime i launch it there is an error message that says "Cannot start program because libgcc_s_seh-1.dll" and when i click ok dolphin just crashes

Any help is appreciated

Are you using Windows 8? I don't believe that is supported.
