Cannot Recognize Emulated Nunchuk

While trying to play Skyward Sword, I can get past the connect wiimote, but the game doesn't recognize any nunchuk. It keeps telling me to connect one. I am emulating both the wiimote and nunchuk. Thanks in advance.

It says connect the wii remote and nunchuk to the wii motion plus accessory. Next, wait a few moments without touching the control stick.

But I set the wiimotion plus on as well.
