Cannot pair wiimote (Ubuntu 14.04)

I have installed Dolphin 4.0-3214 to Ubuntu 14.04 and wiimote wont connect. I have tried everything but wiimote only keeps blinking two leds. Do I need to install one of previous version of Dolphin whitch work correctly with ubuntu? And how I do that?
I have a cheap bluetooth adapter which is working correctly and it also worked fine with Windows version of dolphin.

Try this tutorial, it actually helped me the first time.
You will have to use Blueman instead of the Gnome bluetooth manager though (sudo apt-get install blueman), but don't worry, you can use them next to each other.

I tried that, but cant still pair wiimote. Dolphin version I have now is 4.0-3279.

Did you actually manage to connect it to your computer, or is even that not working?
If it is connected, but just Dolphin can't find it, make sure the Wiimote in Dolphin is configured to "Real Wiimote" and not Emulated (which it is on by default).

Sadly I do not know what else could be wrong...

I can connect and pair wiimote with Blueman, but not with Dolphin. I tried also play some Wii games with Dolphin when wiimote was connected with Blueman, but it wont work. I have set wiimote to "Real Wiimote". I have tried three different wiimote.

I'm currently working on the same issue, see https://github.com/ProfessorKaos64/RetroRig/pull/122#issuecomment-56293043.

Do you have a PS3 controller available? What I have build yesterday is a combination of the PS3 and Wii motion controllers. The PS3 is used to launch Wii titles and exit them, as well for handling save and load states. Let me know if you like to try this!
