Question
Hi there,

I've been using for some time now the Mac OS X (on 10.9 aka Mavericks) version of Dolphin (3.5-367), before moving up to the 4.0 version, always without any problem. I have always been able to pair any Wiimote with my Mac (2011 13" Macbook Air), the only thing was this machine was lacking some CPU and GPU power to render some of my games properly.
The two first screenshots attached illustrate the successful configuration of my Wiimote with the Mac OS X versions of Dolphin (the Wiimote player indicator is lit up correctly).

Since I have a desktop at home, I tried using Dolphin on it, wanting to enjoy more smooth emulation, but I can't get to pair my Wiimote with it. I tried to use both Microsoft Bluetooth and Toshiba Bluetooth stacks, and followed the procedure described here : https://fr.dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/wii-remote-plus-rvl-cnt-01-tr-connection-guide/?cr=fr, but I can't get it working.
The Wiimote connects to the Bluetooth adapter (a generic one ordered a few years ago on eBay), but Dolphin doesn't seems to recognize this guy which continues blinking forever; Dolphin even crashes after trying to hit the "Refresh" button on the Wiimote settings panel (see the third screenshot).

What am I doing wrong ? I suspect the Bluetooth adapter to be responsible for this, but how can I check this ? Where can I get an adapter that will allow me to use my Wiimote on my Windows PC ?

Thanks everyone for your answers !
And many thanks to the developers for the awesome work provided !

Are you sure your wiimote is connected with Toshiba stack?
I mean, can you disconnect and reconnect it? or do you need to do the all procedure to reconnect the wiimote?

Err... The OP is running Mac OSX, so, no Toshiba stack to him. Pauldacheez already said in another thread what is needed for pairing -TR wiimotes on Mac, but I can't remember >.<

Hello again folks !

A few months after this issue with Dolphin, I finally received a brand new Bluetooth adapter which I immediatly tried with Dolphin and the Toshiba BT stack.

The Wiimote was succesfully connected to Windows and Dolphin instantly recognized it !

I guess my previous Bluetooth adapter was definitely faulty, which I could tell by all the unsuccessful pairing attempts with any other BT device I could lay my hands on...

Thanks for all for your help ! Smile
