Cannot open output file.

Was having some issues, so I uninstalled dolphin and tried to re-download it. Now when I try to extract the downloaded file, I get this.

Anyone seen this before?

This may not be the cause of your issue, but don't extract to Program Files. Dolphin will have problems down the road if you put it there. Try extracting it somewhere else and see if that works.

Ya you must run 7-zip as Administrator to extract to that directory, I recommend extracting to a place like your Documents folder or your Desktop

Everything is okay except Program Files/Program Files (x86).
