Sad
Every game crashes when trying to load using OGL, Everything loads in D3D but some textures show slightly weird in some games. I tested on revisions where i assured OGL worked and also tried upgrading, dowgrading, reinstalling, uninstalling drivers and nothing. Huh

D3D loads. But with minor glitches it didn't had before. I also tried in older revisions it didn't had but STILLS HERE.

Vulkan is not supported by my graphics "card".

I use Intel HD Graphics 4000 if someone asks.

Make sure you are on the latest drivers.
If you mean d3d issues like in this thread https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-4-0-1288-and-over-causes-sparkles-in-d3d
download a version there.

Yeah, they look like that. Luckily you had the same problem, hehe. :3

EDIT: I GOT IT! I installed Intel Graphics 4000 and my graphics are simply Intel HD Graphics... I'm so retarded...

Well, HD Graphics 4000 does exist...
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

It looks like Disabling Fast Depth solves the problem, mostly

UPDATE!

When i said mostly, i didn't test other games, New Super Mario Bros gets WORSE with Disabled Fast Depth Calculation.

And about OpenGL, it looks like reinstalling older and then installing new drivers solves the problem, still, i don't know why OpenGL loads correctly and suddenly it stops working. It's tedious to install and restart often. I'm tired of this, i heard Linux Intel Drivers are different than Windows and are developed by a different team.

Several months ago, dolphin worked perfectly, D3D and OGL did work without issues.

I'm going to reiterate what I know (comparing to hd 4000)
On d3d, there are bugs on old 4600 drivers or anything lower than that with the shared code. Intel is likely not to fix this, but you can workaround dolphin's issue with builds linked here https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-4-0-1288-and-over-causes-sparkles-in-d3d
On my 4000, opengl would only boot up once per dolphin instance. Closing and opening dolphin would allow a boot. If that doesn't work trying clearing cache in documents, dolphin emulator, cache.

Linux intel drivers are from a different team and will likely not have this bug.

After some kind of miracle, intel updated drivers on windows and i don't have problem at all with OGL, that is slower in most games than D3D (Strangely, Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 run faster in this backend, that's why i complained before)

But D3D stills have the problem.

I'll see if linux work.

And i'll apply the source code fix when 6.0 is released (I bet just after 5.0-9999)
